What's in a fish eye? No, I'm not talking about peepholes in front doors. I'm talking about logos, in this case, that of big box newcomer Sushi Shop. Methinks Sushi Shop's logo is a bit too close for comfort to lululemon's. But then, perhaps a fish eye makes all the difference. Either way, open sushi marketing is now just as popular as wearing the signature stretch pants. One thing is for certain, the logos are all about shaping and sizing. The raw tuna or salmon on sushi is called sashimi. My grandpa used to "cheat" and freeze fresh boned fillets and slice the sashimi frozen.
